What is the faction slots?

Factions are vital part of the server. Hence it is important for us to closely evaluate the groups and choose the best ones to have a faction slot. Once an unofficial faction obtains a faction slot, they become an official faction of the server. They are provided with all the benefits. They are closely inspected even after receiving slot in order to make sure the faction upholds it’s value. In case of a faction failing to keep their value by any points listed below, they will be stripped off of their slot and the slot would be given to any other faction that deserves it. Keep in mind even if there is a faction slot available it does not mean you will get it even if your faction upholds the values.

How to Obtain a Faction Slot:

General Requirements:
| 1. Maintain high faction activity.
2. Ensure a minimum of 5 members in the faction, excluding main leaders.
3. No significant punishments for any of the 6 core members in the past 3 weeks.
4. The faction leader (Level 100) must be in the main SSRP Discord.

Documentation:

• Create a faction thread in the unofficial factions section on forums with details such as the faction’s introduction and members list.
• Invite FM to your discord server after creating the faction thread
• Regularly update the faction thread with roleplay scenarios using screenshots that showcase group interactions and roleplaying. Avoid daily posts or edited logs.

Faction reputation:

• Cultivate a positive image for the faction within the server.
• Ensure stable leadership.
• Actively engage with other factions through general interaction, roleplaying meet-ups, brawls, deals, and competitions, such as drug sales, weapon trades, combat, turf wars, etc.
• Maintain a clean punishment record for high ranks, owners, and regular members.

Specific Criteria for Business Groups:

• Provide faction management with a plan and details about the nature of the business.
• Prohibit illegal activities involving the business’s assets, such as storing illegal items in the HQ or using company vehicles for crimes.

Specific Criteria for Criminal Groups (Gangs/Mafias/Cartels):

• Stick to the roleplay nature, including the use of relevant skins, cars, and HQ locations.

• Note: If faction slots are full, most requests will be rejected. However, rare exceptions can be made by FM if deemed fitting.

Decision Process:

• The Faction Management (FM) will make a decision within 30 days after one of the faction leaders submits their unofficial faction thread.

NOTE:

If your faction members/leaders have a history of extensive punishments, the faction will be deleted based on the faction strikes point system.
