Hello there,

Recently, I received a permanent ban from the server because I jokingly mentioned in a car whisper to an [in-game] friend that I was considering trading my business from SSRP for another business to another server. I sent this message about 4-5 times to him [spam] to provoke a reaction, but I had no intention of actually making the trade. Since the friend is known for being very strict about the economy and assets, I meant it as a joke to him. [I ended up giving him the business [24/7] for free as a boost to his SSRP welcoming.

Unfortunately, mentioning the server name seems to have triggered an alert to you guys, leading to an immediate ban by an admin. However, I want to clarify that I have never, and will never, engage in any trades like this. If I had intended to trade, I would have contacted him via Discord rather than in-game.

Additionally, I was likely one of the first donors to your server when you were struggling to find a reliable host. I also have had no warnings or punishments, either in-game or on Discord, and I’ve been one of the most active players with a score of 30. I’ve also reported several bugs to Proxus in the past, which were subsequently fixed.

The admin who banned me should have given me a verbal warning or asked for more details before taking such a drastic action. I request that you reconsider my permanent ban because my intensions were not to make the actual trade but only troll.

Unbanned with the terms of not immediately giving all your properites away, for what I hope are obvious reasons. The admin who banned you will not be punished, whether it was a joke or not, who is to say. I hope you can appreciate how the situation looked from the outside and why it was dealt with in this manner.
