Explanation :
I am requesting to appeal my recent ban from the server. I was banned with an accusation of using an aim bot, supported by a video showing me shooting with an M4 and not missing a single bullet.
First, I want to state up front that I have never used aim bots or cheats of any type. Even if I have a strong attachment to the game, I would never compromise my morality or the fairness of the gameplay by using such methods. I think there’s a good chance there was a good bit of luck involved, which occasionally leads to what looks like a perfect performance.
I do understand the whole suspicion which was aroused from the video. So, after that, an admin asked me to install TeamViewer for a check. Now, I am trying to fulfill the request by closing the game to install TeamViewer, then going to Discord to confirm the installation. Resulted in a conclusion that there was no point proceeding further with the TeamViewer check, but ending with my ban.
I must mention that this was the first time I had to install TeamViewer, so I closed the game only to provide installation as quickly as possible and did not understand that by doing so, I would distort the whole purpose of the check. I was really willing to fully cooperate with the admin in order to clear my name.
Furthermore, I am also aware of the fact that I was related to several shootout cases almost near about the date of the case under consideration, and my overall performance in those shootouts was quite normal. That single incident, which caused suspicion, could easily have been a mere chance rather than anything illegal.
I would really appreciate it if you could reconsider this ban. I am more than willing to go through any kind of procedure to clear my name, be it a long and vigorous TeamViewer session or any other kind of investigation. The idea is to prove that I am not a cheater and to be able to continue participating in a community that I am really fond of. Looking forward for you response with hopes of a positive resolution.
