Why do you wish to join: Fell in love with the community, and i wanna help out the best i can.
Describe yourself: Well most of you know me already, but laid back and responsible guy.
What qualifications do you have to make you a good pick?: I was a staff members with some staff here before so i’ll let others talk about me. (Ps: i hate talking about myself since you know me :'D)
Do you have any experience of administrating in any other server? (if yes, which one(s) and what was your position?): I was a Senior Admin on Valo**** but in general i was in staff teams for 3 years, so i pretty much know what i’m doing.
A newbie wants to know how to join SAPD as a volunteer, how are you going to guide him?: I would explain to him how to do it and guide him there to make sure he did the right steps to become a proper volunteer,i would also make sure that he is satisfied with the server ~ i like to spoil new players so i would probably (if he is a normal RP/High potential player) try to get him on a right course to shoot for more higher positions in the pd.(If he has such ambitions).
A player just made a report ticket against someone, claiming they got DM’d (deathmatched). Write down the proper steps on how you’re going to solve it:- I would first check if any of the involved have any footage of the incidents then it would go either two steps.:
- If they did record i would ask for the recording and examine the situation.
- If they didn’t record i would request/check logs and see what really happened.
(If the report at the end comes out as truth and the person got DM’d )
- I would check the punishment history of the person that Dm’d and if there are no prior cases of him doing the same rule break i would just talk to him and try to explain him what he did wrong and how to avoid it next time, meanwhile making sure that the other side is taken care of to continue their gaming experience, if the person has committed the same rule break before i would make sure that he is properly punished and explained that it’s a big issue if he keeps going the same road.
- I like to less punish but more teach, but again if the person is just not cooperating and has to much punishments i would talk to my superiors on the decision of getting the player removed for making any more damage to the players experience of the server.
~ If the person didn’t get DM’d by checking all the proof, i would just try to de-escalate the situation so we can continue going along, making sure that the person understand why i made the decision i did and why it’s not a DM sit.
Thank you for reading, have a nice day. ~ Yuri/Hector.
