Why do you wish to join: I would like to be a part of the staff team due to many reasons. I have seen alot of players who need with the stuff which a normal player cannot fix or help out the player with, teleporting someone is an example.
Describe yourself: I am a creative person which is one of the main reasons why I am a mapper. I do joke around with people but whenever I get a task, I take it serious and make sure its complete. I do not leave my tasks incomplete.
What qualifications do you have to make you a good pick?: The main reason why I am a good pick is that I have patience and I do give people chances to fix their problem before taking action. Making mistakes is a common thing in humans and giving people chances is good thing. I do take stuff serious and I am not bias at all.
Do you have any experience of administrating in any other server? (if yes, which one(s) and what was your position?): Yes, I have been an administrator in many servers like LRP, STRP and more.
A newbie wants to know how to join SAPD as a volunteer, how are you going to guide him?: The first thing I would do is to make sure that the newbie has driver license so it wouldnt be a issue later on. Second thing, I would take the newbie to LSPD and help him out with the volunteer application. The third thing I would do is to teach the newbie about basic stuff like roleplay and how to perform basic PD persuits or arrests.
A player just made a report ticket against someone, claiming they got DM’d (deathmatched). Write down the proper steps on how you’re going to solve it:

1. I would do is to ask the player who reported to give me a proof of the reported situation.
2. I would ask the reported player to give me their POV and explain the situation.
3. If the player who reported does not have a valid proof then I will teleport them both to a private place where I will ask them to explain their situations and POVs.
4. If both the players have the same wordings and explainations, giving proof that the player is guilty then the reported player will be punished.

OR

If both of the players do not have the same explaination then I would ask the REPORTED player to give proof of their statement and if both of the players are unable to give a valid proof then the ticket would be dismissed as there was no solid proof given by both players and they did not have the same explaination.
