A newbie wants to know how to join SAPD as a volunteer, how are you going to guide him?: Lead him to the sapd hq or send him to a high ranking officer.
A player just made a report ticket against someone, claiming they got DM’d (deathmatched). Write down the proper steps on how you’re going to solve it: Find out who dmed the person, get his discord etc, get proof (recording, screenshots) ask questions on how it started (what caused it). All depends in which position I am, if helper I’ll release the ticket to a higher staff member than me and let them handle.

Explanation : I downloaded a new gta yesterday and didn’t know that it had aimbot so I went ig and decided to use it in a wager (keep in mind I dont kill people cus mobile is ass) But he wanted to wager for 20k and I didn’t leave because I wanted the 20k yk. And I used it again I killed 1 more person in gs9 after that I came off and was looking for a new gta and a way to take it off cus I think issa cleo or sum idk and then someone dmed me and told me I got banned. I hope to get unbanned Soon tho cus I bought 3 properties today and dont wanna lose em, Love y’all and that was my fault I accept that.
