Why do you wish to join: I have played this server on and off for about a year and find myself to enjoy it a lot. I have been playing SA:MP actively for around three years now and love this community. As far as servers go in 2024, Sunset is the only server I see actually going somewhere and I consider it a pleasure to be along for the ride. I would love to be given an opportunity to serve and give back to the community that has given me so much enjoyment over the years whilst keeping the server clean of hackers and rulebreakers.
Describe yourself: I have played SA:MP for the past three years and sunset for around a year to my knowledge. I have been an admin on another server for a year now and I love giving back to the community by keeping it clean of rulebreakers and “hackers”. Unfortunately, I have lost love somewhat with the server I am admin for and I am looking towards the future in aspect of my admin duty.
What qualifications do you have to make you a good pick?: I have been an admin on another server for over a year. I am extremely well versed on catching people using illegal modifications because of this as my role was in the hacking investigation department. I have over 400 bans on said server with no false bans and I am looked up to in said server as a fair yet firm admin.
Do you have any experience of administrating in any other server? (if yes, which one(s) and what was your position?): Mexico Deathmatch (General Admin)
A newbie wants to know how to join SAPD as a volunteer, how are you going to guide him?: I will explain to him in the most polite way possible and explain to him that to join the SAPD, he will have to head to city hall and take the citizenship test. Upon completion, I would then direct him towards the DMV found in Idlewood to take a driving test. Upon completion of the test, I would then take him to SAPD HQ and talk him through the process of taking the exam along with having him understanding the rules of being an SAPD Officer along with basic server rules.
A player just made a report ticket against someone, claiming they got DM’d (deathmatched). Write down the proper steps on how you’re going to solve it: I would first teleport both players to the location where the DM occurred. I would then ask both players for their side of the story while remaining completely impartial. If either player has a clip of what occurred I would welcome them to PM me on Discord with such evidence. After the admin sit, if any uncertainty from my end was to occur I would then contact other members of staff that are online to give a punishment suitable of the rule they have broken
