Why do you wish to join: Been willing to join the staff team for a while now, real reason regarding my interest to join would be the lack of proper and active helpers in this server, I’m active on the server, able to speak fluent english and have the ability to answer questions / theories that players have, able to put in time and effort into this position. I believe every player’s questions and queries deserved to get answered properly efficiently and quickly, I believe I possess all these qualities which would help a player out quiet alot, and leave a good impression on the reputation of the staff team
What qualifications do you have to make you a good pick?: My fluent english, my ability to get things done quickly with proper efficiency and my experience as a staff member in other servers make me a good pick for the respective rank of helper, If accepted I would work with complete honesty and efficiency.

A newbie wants to know how to join SAPD as a volunteer, how are you going to guide him?: If he has the respective level, I would get him a driver’s license, weapon license and a passport. Would guide him inside SASP and get him to apply. I would inform him pre-hand that abuse on PD duty is punishable and you have to follow proper protocol, will explain him the basics like radio, panics and following orders from higher ups. Rest would be upto him to make a good impression.
A player just made a report ticket against someone, claiming they got DM’d (deathmatched). Write down the proper steps on how you’re going to solve it:
Take the ticket
Before wasting any time spectate the reported party, If you could still catch them in the act.
If I can, I would record it and then confront them, If not would ask about the entire situation and proper evidence regarding it from the player who reported, would try to be quick and efficient and solve this quickly without wasting time of either sides.
