Most phones now a days have maps.

Command Prompt: /SendLocation [Phone_Contact]
Receiving Player Output: John Doe has sent you their location on the phone. [A red static checkpoint is added].

Can also be done by having the player see this as a SMS, which requires you to manually open the location. OR for convenience we can press Y or N to accept the location.
