For a better RP experience. It’d be nice to approach real life norms. It’s extremely rare, if not impossible, to witness a big crime happening in public. Such as armed robberies.

Greenzones are not the only way to restrict crimes. Even public places can indeed be safezones. With that applied, people will have to rob, scam, deal weapons and drugs in private and hidden places. In the hood and alleys for example, rather than in the middle of the street.

Except breaking in cars and hotwiring them. It does occur almost all the time in public places.
