Character Names (both characters): Demar_Marshall
Master Username: Thabiso_UNPLUGGED
Discord Username: thabiso_unplugged
Age: 18
Country: South AfricaWhy do you wish to join: I’m a very active player on SSRP, I wish to see the server succeed and joining the staff team would be more than enough to accomplish that.
Describe yourself: I am a fluent English speaker, a law student and a guy who has a lot of time on his hands. I’ve been playing samp for 2 years now, and I reckon, I have an idea of what is expected of a staff member. I have an innovative mind which cant stop thinking of how things can be improved. Hence why I suggest a lot of features every other day.
What qualifications do you have to make you a good pick?: I have good leadership skills. I also try to understand how things work, so I can provide constructive criticism and hopefully suggest ways to improve them. I’m very active in game and socially.
Do you have any experience of administrating in any other server? (if yes, which one(s) and what was your position?): I’ve never been a staff member before as I was mainly focused on improving my roleplay. I am very proud at the standard its at and I now wish to take on something more challenging.
A newbie wants to know how to join SAPD as a volunteer, how are you going to guide him?: I would first tell him the requirement on joining the SAPD. That he must first get his passport, drivers license and firearm license in order. He must also be level 3-4. I would also advise him to read through the police job description before he joins. Which can be found at /help > job > police. I would finally tell him that once he meets all the requirements he should head to the police station to take the examination, and if he passes he would then be permitted to become a volunteer.
A player just made a report ticket against someone, claiming they got DM’d (deathmatched). Write down the proper steps on how you’re going to solve it: Firstly, I would handle the ticket. Secondly, I would either /pm the reporter or tp myself to them. Thirdly, I would get down to the bottom of the incident, getting both povs of each side. Fourthly, I would assess the information and if the reported player has in deed DMed, I would then issue an appropriate punishment. Fifthly, I would restore anything the reporter lost due to the incident. Also I would reimburse him of any financial loss, like paying hospital fees.
