The Administration will be refunding you if;
- You lost an item due to a bug.
- You lost an item due to an unexpected server restart.
- You lost an item due to a hacker.
- Any other reason that the Admin sees is valid.
The Administration will not be refunding you if;
- You exploited a bug and lost what you gained after the bug was fixed.
- You have no proof of what you lost or how you lost it.
- You lied in your request.
- You use the wrong form.
